🦜 The Role

We're looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to turn spend into efficient growth.

Paid acquisition is an important growth channel for us. You'll own it. Live inside the ad accounts. Test continuously. Find what works, double down. Find what doesn't, kill it.


🎪 Your mission

  • Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Launch and iterate on creatives. Test continuously.
  • Make landing pages and onboarding actually work, partnering with Product to get it right
  • Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, payback period and retention quality
  • Build dashboards that show what's actually working (and what's not)
  • Identify new paid channels and scalable acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with creators and content partners
  • Help improve growth systems, tooling, and experimentation velocity


🔍 What we’re looking for

  • 2-5+ years running paid acquisitions for B2C brands. You understand what converts
  • You understand performance creatives and leverage AI tools to test and iterate them
  • Data doesn't intimidate you. You make fast, smart commercial decisions
  • You've managed real paid budgets with clear KPI ownership
  • Builder mentality. Proactive, resourceful, and execution oriented
  • You care about measurable outcomes, not vanity metrics
  • Experience with attribution tooling, lifecycle marketing, or growth automation
  • Bonus: experience in subscription products, mobile apps, gaming or AI products
