🦜 The Role

We're looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to turn spend into efficient growth.

Paid acquisition is an important growth channel for us. You'll own it, live inside the ad accounts, test continuously. Find what works, double down. Find what doesn't, kill it.


🎪 Your mission

  • Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and emerging channels like ChatGPT Ads
  • Launch, iterate on creatives and test continuously
  • Make our landing pages and onboarding actually convert, partnering with Product to close the gaps
  • Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, payback period and retention quality
  • Build dashboards that show what's actually working (and what's not)
  • Identify new paid channels and scalable acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with creators and content partners to run partnership campaigns
  • Work with our Creative Director to iterate on ad concepts weekly


🔍 What we’re looking for

  • 2-5+ years running paid acquisitions for B2C brands or games
  • You understand performance creative and use AI to rapidly generate and test ad concepts
  • Data doesn't intimidate you and you make fast, smart commercial decisions
  • You've managed real paid budgets with clear KPI ownership
  • You've got a real builder mentality and are proactive, resourceful and execution oriented
  • Experience with attribution tooling, event tracking and growth automation
  • Bonus: experience in mobile apps, gaming or consumer products
