I've built two consumer companies to seven figure ARR. This role is simple: work side by side with me, learn everything and build product instincts you'll need to start a company. When you're ready, I'll write the first check.

🎪 Your mission

• Work side by side with me on the hardest product and customer problems
• Talk to users constantly, understand their frustrations, turn them into product decisions
• Own projects end to end: idea, build, ship, measure, iterate
• Learn what good product taste looks like and hold that standard in every release
• Prototype quickly, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback
• Touch every part of the business. Growth, product, engineering, customers so you understand how a company actually fits together
• Use AI tools to move faster than anyone expects you to

🔍 What we’re looking for

• Relentlessly curious. You want to understand how everything works: the product, the business, the customers, the market
• You've built something. A side project, a community, a newsletter, a product, a business. Doesn't matter what. You can point to something you made and put in front of people
• Builder by default. You'd rather make something rough and test it today than plan something perfect next quarter
• Product instincts. You care about why something matters, not just whether it shipped
• AI-native. You already use AI tools to build and move lightning fast. Research, writing, prototyping, whatever gets the job done
• You want to be a founder. You don't need to know when or what. You want the reps, the commercial thinking, the customer instincts
