🎪 Your mission

  • Own the Popcorn customer experience from sign up to long-term love
  • Lead and grow the CX team, helping each person develop while setting a high bar for warmth and speed
  • Build scalable CX processes and introduce thoughtful automation and AI, without sacrificing empathy
  • Create and maintain help content, playbooks and internal CX documentation
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into meaningful product improvements
  • Define and uphold what great customer experience feels like at Popcorn


🔍 What we’re looking for

  • 4–7+ years in customer experience, support or operations at a product-driven company
  • Experience owning CX at an early-stage or fast-growing startup
  • Excellent written communication — clear, warm, human and confident
  • Strong product intuition; you naturally spot UX gaps and edge cases
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
  • Bonus: experience in technical software products
