🎪 Your mission

  • Support Popcorn customers from first activation through ongoing usage, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Handle frontline customer support with clarity, warmth and speed across our support channels
  • Help resolve customer issues, escalating thoughtfully when needed
  • Contribute to help content, FAQs, and internal CX documentation
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to report issues, share feedback and improve the customer journey
  • Represent the Popcorn brand in every customer interaction


🔍 What we’re looking for

  • 1–4 years in customer support, customer success or a related role at a product-driven company
  • Experience working directly with customers via chat, email or Intercom
  • Excellent written communication — clear, empathetic and human
  • Good product intuition and curiosity about how things work
  • Calm, reliable, and thoughtful when helping customers through issues
  • Bonus: experience in technical software products
